He comes with an educational background in agriculture faculty and holds enormous experience in managing business activities of multiple companies. He initiated a backward integration journey from traditional conventional plant nursery and prepared himself for application in seeds research and advancement, as well as further into the future. biotechnological research and various products. His multi-activity Businesses includes Pharmaceuticals, Nursery, Plant Tissue Culture, Excavation, Infrastructure Companies, etc. Mr. Natha Raut is also steering Raut Serum (I) Pvt. Ltd, Oxford Infrastructure Novgold Organics LLP, mainly engaged in research, development and production of Serum. His continuously revolving mind in the financial aspects of NGSPL help to accelerate the commercial growth with cost effective solutions.
Mr. Buwasaheb Raut (Managing Director) is graduated in the field of Agriculture, has 28 years’ experience in Agriculture sales and marketing, and has worked with many reputed companies in India. He have well established business in Maharashtra, Karnataka and MP. Likewise in the future we are planning to expand our business in UP, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh and Rajasthan Also.
I am sure that Novogold Seeds has innovative skills, creativity, good expertise and experience, as well as the right product portfolio in different crops to fulfill the aspirations of farmers and consumers of India.

Mr. Vishnu Joshi is graduated in the field of Agriculture and have an MBA in marketing, He has been associated with different multinational seed companies, working with the core competence subjects of seed production, Quality control and Agriculture Business Management i.e. Either as a part of an organization, a senior management team of a corporate company or as an entrepreneur.
He always tried to achieve the higher growth target with “professional attitude” without losing the “human face” of this organization, which is the core strength.
Mr. Mangesh Raut is a leading head of Novogold seeds Pvt. Ltd. (NGSPL). He comes with an educational background in Horticulture and holds experience in managing different activities of a company.
NGSPL conducts different field operations, demonstration programs, and field days which support product promotions for newly launched products.
